Customer success specialist reviewing account health printouts at a quiet desk

Account health views that customer-success teams will open weekly

Customer-success teams abandon dashboards that require interpretation gymnastics. Lead with a single account status, then reveal the contributing usage signals underneath.

Use language from the CS playbook: at risk, steady, expanding. Map those labels to concrete thresholds your team already debates in weekly stand-ups.

Show trend direction next to absolute volume. An account with lower absolute sessions but rising depth of feature use may be healthier than a high-volume skimmer.

Keep filters limited to what managers use in the field: region, plan tier, days since last key action. Extra dimensions create unused clutter.

Schedule a fifteen-minute review of the view every quarter with the CS lead. If they cannot name the last decision the chart influenced, simplify again.
