Refund and cancellation policy
This policy covers professional engagements offered by Cloud Beaconhub Co., Ltd.: assessments, dashboard design projects, working sessions, and monthly reporting retainers. It does not cover software licences or physical product shipping.
Eligibility
Refunds apply to prepaid fees for work that has not started, or to unused portions of a retainer when cancelled under the conditions below. Informal email discussions before a signed statement of work create no payment obligation.
Timeframe
Submit refund requests within fourteen days of the payment date for unused prepaid work, or within seven days of a cancelled session date for working sessions.
Full and partial refunds
- Full refund: engagement cancelled in writing before kickoff materials are shared and before interviews begin.
- Partial refund: after kickoff, fees for completed stages are retained; remaining prepaid stages may be refunded proportionally as stated in the statement of work.
- Retainers: the current month is non-refundable once reporting work has started; unused future months prepaid in advance may be refunded with thirty days’ notice.
Non-refundable items
Completed interview rounds, delivered assessment packs, accepted dashboard suites, and facilitated session days already held are non-refundable. Travel booked at the client’s request and already purchased may be non-refundable if carriers disallow changes.
Process and timing
Email info@cloud-beaconhub.click with the invoice number and reason. Approved refunds are processed within fifteen business days to the original payment method.
Cancellation and rescheduling
Working sessions may be rescheduled once without charge if notice arrives at least five business days before the booked date. Later changes may incur a THB 5,000 administrative fee. No-shows for sessions forfeit the session fee.
Work already started
If discovery interviews or audits have begun, fees for those stages remain due. Deposits against larger projects are applied to completed stages first.
