Weekly product analytics rituals that fit Bangkok delivery cycles
Teams spread across Bang Rak offices and remote hubs lose the thread when analytics reviews become ad-hoc slide dumps. A fixed weekly ritual keeps questions grounded.
Keep the agenda to three items: one adoption question, one retention or expansion signal, and one instrumentation debt item. Time-box each to ten minutes.
Rotate ownership of the prep pack. Product owns the question; analytics prepares the charts; customer success brings one account anecdote that challenges the numbers.
End with a written decision or an explicit deferral. Open questions without owners reappear forever.
Protect the ritual from status theatre. If the week produced no new usage insight, cancel rather than invent slides.
